Reservation Policy

Customers should review El Dorado County guidance and CDC to confirm eligibility to travel & stay at the hotel.

Reservations will not be honored where prohibited.

Must have a valid credit card to guarantee a room reservation.

Credit card will be charged a non-refundable $25 processing fee at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival and becomes completely non-refundable at that time.

Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. $25 processing fee is kept by property.
